Erol is a quantitative investor driven by analytical rigor, who values interpersonal communication and a heart-centered approach to cultivating lasting relationships with entrepreneurs and investors.

At Northstar, Erol leverages his corporate finance experience and leads the deal execution function. This includes analyzing venture and growth capital investments with a focus on renewable energy, FinTech, and enterprise SaaS.

Erol started his career at Deloitte, where he contributed to the corporate finance advisory, business modeling, and valuation divisions in Düsseldorf, Dubai, and London. Throughout his seven-year career at the firm, Erol executed M&A deals focused on TMT and consumer business industries and co-founded Deloitte’s business modeling division in the Middle East.

Erol also worked for The Berkeley Partnership, an international management consulting firm, advising public and private enterprises in evaluating business-critical investment and finance decisions worth +£1.6BN. In an earlier role at VivoPower, a NASDAQ listed renewable energy investment firm, he served on the investment team and was involved in the execution of transactions in EMEA.

Before Northstar, Erol was a senior member of the investment team at Liontari Capital, a private investment office in London that specializes in venture and growth capital investments.
